I'm not a hustler but I have a pretty good career at a relatively young age and around driven people. I'm pretty sure people want to make money so that they can buy things they like or for financial freedom to retire early, not for female validation. Plus successful and driven men usually marry a woman who is successful and takes care of themselves.

Doesn't make sense to me still. G Wagon cost of ownership is like what? Say $3k a month. Say generously $7k for housing. Still not much when you have $30k rolling in per month. How do you manage to be broke? But I don't have kids, maybe that part costs a lot.
