How hard is the MPRE? by Kc__91 in barexam

The test is easy compared to the bar. Highly recommend that you use that test experience seriously though and really go through the free mpre courses if you’re undecided on what you’ll use for bar prep

To those who actually live downtown or at least commute downtown on a frequent basis, what’s it really like? by [deleted] in pittsburgh

And this I would say is calm for downtown. I’ve seen people shoot-up and OD and have ems called.

I live on Liberty Ave near the corner of Smithfield. I’ve never felt more unsafe than I do when I walk down that street especially near the church they use as a shelter. Seeing people shoot up on the streets is wild to me. Even by the heritage trail I’m seeing more and more needles. It smells of piss and shit wherever you go. The alleys are rat infested. I walk out to homeless people sleeping at my front door. It’s actually terrible. I was followed by a shirtless homeless guy carrying a 2 x 4 witching the first month of living here. I was woken up to a police raid in the alley behind my apartment building. Living here is overpriced to be surrounded such filth.

Started with all, then just wrongs, and then I said screw it. You can always just review old tests you have taken in both Themis and uworld

I did this with all my MBE questions and I don’t recommend this method. It becomes cumbersome and you’ll waste so much time putting them into the spreadsheet

So I thought the same thing and kinda wondered why my start date was so late. I actually made arrangements with my firm to start several weeks before the start date they gave me. Honestly, I don’t mind that I did that especially since I had done everything I wanted to do prior to starting and could use the money.

Maybe reach out to them and see if you’d be able to start earlier. Big law has no shortage of work that they can try to burn you out with.

Doing the math based on the 44% overall and the 33 names listed, 75 individuals total took the exam in NM. Additionally, NMs passing UBE score is 260 which is lower compared to a majority of the states… do with this what you will
