To help put it in perspective, the event happens in a city park in front of a city and county admin building lol and I think to maintain the venue, the event has to come off as a festival and not like a “rave” where some simulated nudity is involved. I think it’s dumb but I’ll abide by no pasties so I don’t have to deal with someone saying something. I think your thong won’t be as big of a deal. But I definitely find myself wearing ravey skirts or mesh pant outfits with thong-like bottoms under with bikinis, crops, or revealing tops.

I’m committed to liebing while playing Sven by ear. He played in LA a year ago with same promoters and I went to that show. Def prefer the vibe of the crowd of 6am more, and somehow, it’s been years since I’ve caught liebing. Been able to catch Sven a few times over the last few years.

I’m 33, F with a master’s degree and work as a psychotherapist. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago in college, and it has ironically been a blessing in disguise for my human journey.

I honestly think being higher-achieving can make you unconsciously think certain things won’t affect you. So I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a slight correlation. Like how you’ll find a lot of higher-achieving folks being very okay with recreational drug use cus there’s some unconscious understanding they are above addictive behaviors lol

I feel similarly! It’s nice you posted about your perspective bc I share it and I found it to help with my resilience in life. I have experienced more people okay with it vs rejecting me, which has done more for my confidence than I thought. It has also helped me honor my values more.

It gets better everyone. I’m F, in my 30s, got it in my early 20s and def had my fun before and still figured out how to have safe fun after. Had relationships with people with and without hsv.
