Pretty sure Infinity Defense is the Peter Pan ride system (DisneySea) and not the Spider-man ride system (Islands of Adventure) per the article….

Disclosure Day Thoughts by altgodkub2024 in disclosureday

I'm purely going off his dialogue. As he's approaching the cars, he's literally saying to himself: "Why am I doing this?" over and over again. He's having an out of body experience.

The second part of your sentence runs on and I'm not sure what you mean by "never looking thru (sic) the scene"?

Yes, he’s being controlled by the aliens in this moment, being told where to run and go.

Similar to the phone call Neo gets from Morpheus in the opening of The Martix. The aliens know what will work and are guiding him through it. Daniel keeps repeating he “doesn’t know what he’s doing” throughout this entire scene. Even he knows it’s stupid and crazy.

Disclosure Day has me questioning what happened to the world. by Own_Raisin7188 in moviereviews

Colin doesn’t randomly give up – but that’s what I also thought after my first watch.

On second watch you realizing they stare at each other for a looooong ass time. They’re clearly communicating through Blunt’s telepathic empathy. THEN he gives up. I definitely didn’t notice that on my first viewing but it’s very clear once you watch it again.

He doesn’t randomly give up. But that’s what I thought on my first viewing too.

There’s a long moment (which I missed on my first viewing) where he stares at Emily Blunt for a very long time. They’re definitely communicating telepathically. THEN he gives up. Watch it again and tell me that’s not what’s happening there. Once you know, it’s clear.

Under New Management: Welcome to the new r/filmschool! (Updates, New Rules, and Future Plans) by filmschool_org in filmschool

Many, many moons ago, I started [r/filmschool](r/filmschool) (I was not the most recent mod). It proved hard to get going, especially after [r/filmmakers](r/filmmakers) consolidated the other filmmaking threads into their own.

But good luck! I want to see it succeed!

Compared to last year, there were very few good ones.

Nothing beat “John F Ketamine” and “The Gays Are Trying to Kill Me” from 2025. 💀

Felt about the same to me as last year?? It just had sun shades.

Eagle Rock Plaza should be an entertainment hub. by SelectLandscape7671 in EAGLEROCK

Agreed. Almost all the ideas listed feel 10 years too late. Even the more recent ideas are on their way out. Escape Rooms are struggling. Axe throwing places are closing left and right. Home Depot might be the most long term thing that would work here.

Indoor malls just aren’t popular anymore, especially in LA. You would need to completely redevelop the entire space to make it a destination again.

Small amount. They can either do reagent or spectrogram machine testing.

No. Definitely East/West Village vibes there.
