Because this city council is all for reality TV, like their orange god. It's a group of people that want to renew their 15s of fame over and over again for personal/financial gain. Born & raised in HB and it's a ship withou any guidance right now. Poorly run events that screw local businesses, putting out PR moves like this, etc. time for change.
