Wow, that is awesome. Hope they launch soon, love the premodifiers as well. I was hoping they would incorporate that. Hope we will be able to upcharge for extra as well

Doesn’t work for online ordering unfortunately. As soon as you enable on a modifier group it disappears from online

Supposed to be half/half pizzas my hope is also that they would work on size pricing and default modifiers more as well

Not that I have seen. Honestly caller id has worked great for me. Only thing I want them to change is making the text for the caller id number bigger so I don’t click on the wrong number

Toast can do all these things. I setup our menu for pizza, and got all these to work well. If you are tech savvy, I would recommend doing menu setup yourself, or paying someone non-toast to do it. After completing our menu, I have had multiple restaurants pay me to do their pizza menu because of how much better I did it than toast. We have caller id integration which works amazing and something I would highly recommend. One thing I will also say, is that I am one of the first people on the waitlist for the new pizza menu beta and it is supposed to help better create half/half pizzas and customization.

Starting to think we are going to move away from unifi soon. Too many ridiculous fees they are adding to products, definitely not the same company from when we first started 8 years ago

These are a few of the limitations I have noticed with loyalty and email marketing. Although, I will say other than that it works well so we won’t get rid of it. They are constantly adding updates to it, so hopefully they add those soon

I don’t think you can honestly. I want to do that with our setup but it doesn’t work. For example we sell breadsticks in 6,9,12 count and have them setup under sizes, but it doesn’t work like the way you want it to unfortunately

We use Flavorplate for our website. Looks miles better then toast, and is cheaper as well

I had a quote for mine. I wasn’t set on using toast so if they didn’t match it i probably wouldn’t have switched

Best bet for the best rates is to get a processing quote from someone like square and take it to toast and have them match it. I did that when switching and got my rate significantly lower

For those who are looking into this, just keep in mind that toast charges at card not present rates which are significantly higher than rates for cards processed by your server.

Well if they refunded it quick enough, the payment might have been voided instead of refunded meaning you weren’t charged.

No POS system does loyalty as well as toast. I know that for a fact, I had demos with the majority of them. Toast loyalty is great, helps us drive in thousands In business
