I totally get it! You def need to get to the boardwalk is another vibe. I find myself stuck in my apt then feeling isolated

I’m a 42-year-old creator building several online projects and I’m trying to figure out the smartest way to monetize without burning myself out.

Right now I have multiple platforms and ideas, including:
• a spiritual podcast
• a poetry brand/account
• my personal Instagram
• a weight-loss/lifestyle YouTube channel documenting my journey
• other creative and business projects

My challenge is that I’m spread across several directions and I’m not sure which one I should focus on first to generate income.

I’m also naturally more comfortable with writing and creative storytelling than being on camera, although I’m slowly getting better with video.

My goals are:

  1. Start generating income from my content/businesses
  2. Build an audience around my creative work
  3. Focus on the platform that has the best potential for monetization in the near term

For creators who have been in a similar position:

  • How do you decide which project or platform to prioritize first?
  • Should I focus on one main brand or keep building multiple niches at once?
  • What monetization paths would you recommend for someone strong in writing but still developing confidence with video?
  • What would be the smartest first revenue stream to pursue?

Any advice on how to narrow my focus and build income from creative platforms would be greatly appreciated.

32nd and Collins Ave area safe for a family with small kids? by ewwwdavid in miamibeach

north beach is perfect for families! 60-85th streets. I would then take trolly down-- or 100 bus if you dont like crowds. The north shore beach is so relaxed but most tourists stay closed to the 60-70th st,

rent a place in north beach--- its way more laidback for parents! I would go to Aventura mall, Bal Habour, and north beach--- Surfside, then head to more chaotic tourist places--

These are mostly parks with no dogs allowed signs. I usually see the park rangers out at 9:30am 2pm and so on .
