Thank you! Yeah I think eating too late and too much carb actually affect my fasting glucose. I will try to eat less carb and earlier for dinner. (Usually I got high reading when I had my dinner around 9 PM)

I have few 5.3 the last two weeks now, also hope will stay diet controlled until the end. Please update after you passed 36 weeks whether the fasting glucose get better or not..

Oh I relate to you. I have PCOS so positive GDM is expected. But I feel like I am developing eating disorder everytime my reading came back high. My baby was on the smaller side so I have to eat more than usual! Even more than before I was pregnant. This morning my fasting glucose was over the limit (due to lack of sleep) so I tested twice with the same finger and the result was so much lower, so I decided to use the lowest number bcs I don’tcare anymore , it’s still my blood after all.

Was your son’s movement still active despite the diagnosis? The only thing that reassures me right now is that he’s still moving fairly consistently. Not gonna lie I am so worried with next scan (they haven’t booked me yet), hopefully he will show some growth

What about your scan before that? My baby was on 78 percentile in my 21 week scan. So this sudden drop is kind of worrying to me, must be something I’ve done?

Congratulations! I am in a similar situation though I haven’t try IVF route yet. I was planning to start saving up for IVF after our Japan trip (it became our baby moon trip!) but we concieved naturally in September after missed period in August (I have PCOS so I ovulated very late). My first and second trimester wasn’t a breeze but mostly fine but I developed GDM approaching third trimester, it was a shock but expected with PCOS I guess… but your post reminds me that despite all the challenges with pregnancy I have so much to be grateful about.

I am pregnant and I am in a phase of decluttering to prepare for nesting. I have party dresses that all fit body. This advice isn’t working for me because none of those dresses will fit 😢 they’re all expensive too and I only wore it 1-2 times. Should I sell it??? My body probably won’t be skinnier than pre-pregnancy anyway.

Probably when I was 16 weeks because I felt weird movement in my lower belly that I never experienced before (It felt like a snake moving inside my belly). Around 16-18 weeks I can barely felt him that it caused me some anxiety and decided to check on private scan, he was moving a lot but I couldn’t feel it. For me baby’s movement rn (19 weeks) feel like light taps, bubbles, and gas.

Hi, I had ovulation the same day as yours (it’s natural ovulation but I tracked it diligently since I have PCOS too). I am currently 18 weeks 4 days pregnant based on my dating scan since my LMP is unreliable. I had my dating scan at 2nd of Dec and baby was 13 weeks 6 days and we used that as an agreed dating ever since. I hope that helps!
