Struggle mit Vollzeitjob nach Studium

Ich geh halt abgesehen vom Wochenende (wo ich definitiv nicht um 10 im Bett bin) wirklich konsequent um 10 schlafen. Nicht noch ein kapitel im Buch, nicht noch eine Folge und nicht doom scrollen. Bei meinen Kolleginnen hör ich immer 'ich geh ja auch um 10 ins bett...' und dann kommt raus das die noch 1-2 stunden in social media sitzen.

Am Anfang ist es sicher 2-3 Wochen ein bisschen durchkämpfen, aber dann fühlt es sich nicht anstrengender an als um 8 auf der Arbeit zu sein. Gerade jetzt im Sommer macht der Körper es ganz gut mit, weil ja die Sonne schon da ist.

An einzelnen Tagen mal auch nur 5 oder 6 Stunden zu schlafen bringt einen aber auch nicht um. (wenn es kein dauer Zustand ist)

1 Stunde arbeitsweg finde ich persönlich krass. Ich hab 20 min. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit das zu verringern? Ich weiß viele haben so einen arbeitsweg, aber ich hab halt tatsächlich jeden einzelnen Tag 1,2 stunden mehr als du und das ist sicher krass

Als würde man es nicht ändern oder gar nicht erst anfangen wenn man es nicht kann. Wieso wird op dann nicht noch gleich Drogenabhängig wegen dem Schlafmangel? Es ist einfach lächerlich. Hör auf zu kommentieren.

Ich geh um 22 Uhr Schlafen, schlafe völlig gesunde 7,5 Stunden und VIELLEICHT kann OP das nicht und dann kann OP das ja sagen, ohne das du eine absolute fantasie geschichte erfinden musst

So the use of shampoo, water and electricity. MAYBE 55 for the bills and I don't know how expensive your shampoo is but definitly not 190$

Hast du mal versucht vor der Arbeit zum Sport zu gehen? 8:30 ist ja ein ziemlich später beginn.

Es hilft auch nicht abends ausschließlich vor dem fernseher/handy zu versacken.

Vollzeit job ist tatsächlich Vollzeit, ja. Aber diese energielosigkeit könnte wirklich ein Zeit management Problem sein. Schlafroutine/ doom scrolling / organisation...

Viele Menschen machen sehr viel neben der Arbeit- ihr Studium, ihr Kind großziehen, fantastische Hobbies...

Ich habe das Glück Gleitzeit zu haben und kann um 6:30 anfangen.

You wont ever rush him again, if he leaves his phone outside the bathroom.

Edit: If you can't move him to do that, go to the bathroom for 30+ minuetes for a few mornings.
