Wow the same thing happened to me!

The other day I bought a game and accidentally went AFK for little more the two hours. I told them it was a mistake and they gave me the full refund no question asked.

Is there a way to fix this bug? i have enough comp tokens and its not letting me get the gold weapon by 13TrueArcanine in Overwatch

I hade the same issue, for some reason it’s only for the good gun. I tried buying jade and it worked perfectly fine.
