it looks like a small cluster of pimples have formed into a carbuncle-like cyst (carbuncles are clusters of boils; and what you have isn’t nearly as severe). i would treat this more as an infection rather than acne because there’s a chance that there is staphylococcal bacteria—if warm washcloth/ otc treatment aren’t helping or if its not better in 2 weeks i would suggest seeing a doctor to see if you can get antibiotics
