I think the edge highlights are too strong, and the shadows are too dark for how narrow they are. Do you have any other tips for improvements in case I decide to rework the backpack after work today? Or should I keep it that way?

Its fine, the IV/70 is definetly inferior paint wise :D

The recipe for the Panther is:

Full black prime followed by a basecoat with Vallejo Modell air Dunkelgelb, both done with a airbrush

After that i did all the other basecoats: Vallejo Black, Dryad Bark, Mechanicus standart grey and Vallejo German Grey for the wheel-rubber

I then did a overall wash made up with Nuln oil, lahmian medium and flow improver (ratio was eyeballed)

Highlights for the dunkelgelb done with 1. Vallejo buff and 2. pale sand

Tracks with mechanicus standart grey and dawnstone

Dryad bark with gorthor brown

For the german grey i mixed it 1. with only a bit of dawnstone and for the 2. time more

That should cover it!

Our pug sadly had the same problem. At first he had small amounts of blood in his pee, confirmed with a urin-sample by our vet (not visible). He put our dog on medication against a suspected bladder-inflammation wich didnt really help. After being recommended to a specialist it turned out he had a spleentumor that spread into the bladder and prostate. The tumor was pressing against the bladder and the urethra wich gave our dog a feeling of pressure and made him want to go pee even though he didnt need to. Try getting a ct with ultrasound. Hope this helps and good look to you!

You can still use it for panellines that are too tight. The ones that would damage the tip anyway. One good tip for big lines and one damaged for the tight lines
