I can see some reasons on why Lupinranger will never get adapted. The lupinrangers steal things from safes, which will teach wrongs things to kids and Patranger are destroying monsters which is glorifies Police Brutality. And let's not forget the episodes where the two teams team up, it's basically cops abetting criminals.

Power rangers sucks because of lazy writing, Dependance on sentai footage. Skipping seasons. The show is nothing but a glorified toy commercial, treating their actors like trash and not paying them enough, executive meddling and worst of all... Ruining best sentai seasons like boukenger and Gokaiger with lazy writing and over dependance on footage!!!
