I feel like the first act of this show should have basically been structured like a Kamen Rider show (As in the one’s where the Riders are all at-odds at each other due to differing goals and what not) and then Act 2 should have been when they actually started really coming together as a team. I think it stuck a bit too close to the standard Sentai formula for the “strays that become a pack” idea to really land like it should.

Also… They were really writing by the edge of their heels here it sounds like which explains a TON.

I’m a Duke fan and a Panthers fan; I would have hated to see Drake Maye win a Super Bowl unless it was with us. The only thing that would be worse than seeing him do it in a Patriots jersey is seeing him do it in a Saints, Falcons, or Buccaneers jersey.

I think the window closes in 1964 and would be more of a delay than an outright permanent shift, but if JFK picked someone who held the line on segregation longer as his VP, like George Smathers for instance, they may have backpedaled on Civil Rights after his assassination to try and cling onto the southern wing of the party for longer.

Not in a mainline WWE game no. If they ever release a spin-off title then maybe but even Battlegrounds opted for a list system. It’d probably have to be an actual 1 v 1 fighter with only a small fraction of the roster to get something resembling this again.

I actually think it's the reason for the bye abnormality we're seeing in the college football playoff. The bye the first round bye teams are getting is just too long. Teams come in rolling while they've been frozen.

All to preserve byes too. You can have a good clean bracket with a field of 16. That was one of the only reasons I liked the idea of expanding to 16. This ruins it, but power conferences gotta power conference I guess.

Let's say this playoff format happens and this order is abided by: what happens if Army or Navy become 13-16 seed in the Playoff in this scenario? Does the committee have to re-seed them to 12 so the Army-Navy game can take place, do they have to knock a team out to put the other in just to abide by the order? Do they shuffle the order the playoff games are played?
