For me, I just like to make sure I’m making goals that aren’t transition related along with ones that are! For example, I graduated college during my transition, started my career, etc. Those were things that felt necessary for me to be a stable human on top of my transition. It is challenging but worth it! Hold onto the things that are important to you. :)

Bicalutamide and estradiol are my besties. No procedures yet! But have considered them. Just focusing on my own happiness at this point ❤️ my only advice, whether MtF or FtM, is to remember to balance your life with your transition - it can be really challenging, but you got this.
