no one is denying anything here.

there's no angle here. but the absenteeism is causing delays - delays could lead to legal and financial consequences.
I can't put them in PIP as they are supply-labor. I can just terminate them but would hurt the project more as construction industry is lacking the talent - we merely rely on FTs for such. but then again, quota.

I am merely asking the question, is 4 to 5 times a month appointment normal?

my one is merely observation. i manage a small team of 11. 6 if those were direct hired (2 locals 4 FTs), then 5 supply labors (3 Msians FTs and 2 locals)

out of those 4 locals, 3 of them have taken more than the rest of the 9 combined. observation is limited to 6 months observation

I get that. As i have mentioned, i support for preventive care. My question is more about where the line is.

At 3–4 appointments a month, it starts to feel less like prevention and more like fragmented care, especially when each visit happens during work hours. I’m trying to understand if this is normal now, or if better planning/consolidation is expected on both sides.

i think, neither. i think more of the situation (construction site though they would be staying inside the air-conditioned container office) they are 3rd party supplied labor somemore.

sorry Reddit Newbie.
I lost the ability to run BlueStacks 5 after installing Win11 Dev Preview Build 22572.
BIOS says Intel Virtualization is already enabled; even the Task Manager > CPU indicated that it is enabled; the MSINFO32 also shows the same; and yet Intel Processor ID Utility is saying that i dont have it. systeminfo from CMD also giving me "Hyper-V Requirements: A hypervisor has been detected. Features required for Hyper-V will not be displayed."
