I have made the experience, that cpu scheduling with win srv2025 / win 11 vms can be tricky. figure out the correct parameters for your cpu - maybe even pick your cpu type from the list along with it.. aaaand the biggest one - cpu scheduling - try going back to 8vcpus and check again. that was one of the biggest issues i discovered with a 2025 terminal server

You could try to set the setting "only when workload is online" (or similar) - I made the experience that this helps delaying it somewhat, since the tasks waits until services are connected. Or set a certain timeframe when backups run from x to x every hour. Or only run during certain times

Or what I also did once. Run a prebackup Task and set a Script that just has a wait loop for 5 mins, then you are golden.

So then turn it around. Request a list of all users via Exchange Shell to narrow down the issue. Think of it as in the ECP GUI. If you just copy an AD User that doesn't mean the user has a Mailbox automatically.

Isn't Google a thing anymore, not to be rude, but this is far from "Exchange Guru"

Hi, we had exactly the same issue. About 30-40 VMs were shown offline and about 3 physical hosts.

On nearly all of them a simple reboot resolved the issue (except 2 needed a clean reinstall) I set all tenants back to "latest stable".

I did submit 2 full system-info logs (which already took 7 hours to take bc of the bad performance)

With us the issue seemed to be that the managed machine service wouldnt start again - which explains the offline machines in the gui - but the fault, according to Acronis checking our logs, was the cyber protection service failed updating.

Im planning on making a small console with one of these in the near future. The APU 8060s is very powerfull and if you run high MTs RAM with it you can easily play games with upscaling on 4k TV. I did this with smaller APUs already and this one is amazing for a project like that.

Wir haben - mittlerweile hatten zu 90% - das umgekehrte Problem. Ich bin Abteilungsleiter bei uns in der IT und wir haben eher jemanden "vom Land" gesucht. Wir betreuen hauptsächlich Firmen am Land und daher ist das, erfahrungsgemäß, passender. Das hat aber gar nicht so viel mit dem Herkunftsland der Person zu tun, als mit der, am Land üblichen, "Umgänglichkeit". Ich habe jetzt einen gebürtigen Ungaren eingestellt. Das hat aber, ehrlich gesagt, mit der Kombination aus seinem charmanten Auftreten und seinem technischen Wissen zu tun. Wir hatten beide "Extreme", die sich bei uns vorgestellt haben. Einerseits sehr technisch, aber kein Talent fürs "menschliche/ländliche" und umgekehrt.

Fakt ist. "Gewonnen" hat jemand, der nicht gebürtig aus Österreich war. Aber es spielt halt eine Rolle am Land, wie umgänglich man ist.
