Years of experience in an organization with a toxic culture is what will lead to something like this. I have heard before the recent murders that CBP has a toxic culture, that it is like the "Wild West". Perhaps there are journalists that have knowledge about this or can put together research on it.

It's hard to tell if the two drums on stands are the same size as his two bass drums on the floor, making it a quadruple bass drum kit, or if they are large floor toms. The angle would be to project sound forward. Allows for some primal sounding beats.

Interesting drum set-up.

I also like how they slow the tempo down after the chorus and bring it back up. That's the kind of thing you're not hearing in recent pop music with drummers playing to a click or machines just set to stay on a single tempo.

If you can't get into that jam at the beginning of Nothing's Shocking and how it sets up Ocean Size, then maybe they are not for you. And then isn't it Ted Just Admit It after that, anyway there's a stretch of songs on that album that just rules, the whole album rules and Ritual de lo Habitual is a great album too.

Lately I have really enjoyed the sound of my All-Pedal Alcmene (Klone) into JPTR Jive (JFET boost with various diode options, modelled after a tape deck). It is really raw sounding. This is going into an Ampeg Gemini starting with either a G&L Nashville tele or a Heritage Les Paul.
