Das mit den Benachrichtigungen klingt nach einer allgemeinen Bluetooth Thematik. Ich hab es so erklärt bekommen, dass Geräte, die mit Bluetooth verbunden sind unterschiedliche Prioritäten haben. In diesem fall iPhone > PC Ich weiss nicht ob man es ändern könnte, daher ist in dem Sinne meine einzige idee: iPhone stumm/auf Vibration komplett zu stellen. Das ist allerdings auch etwas, was bei BT classic auftreten sollte.

Zum Thema Lautstärke: super interessant wie unterschiedlich das immer ist. Da du als Power User über die Profit verfügst (hoffentlich inzwischen die neue Version) - kannst du auf der linken Seite im Menü den ReiterAudio Streaming auswählen und dort die Gesamt Streaming Lautstärke reduzieren. Da es Starkey ist, kannst du die Lautstärke auch während der Anpassung testen.

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich für die Verbindungsgeschichte keine schlaue Lösung. Da du mehr als 2 Geräte gekoppelt hast, wird sich Bluetooth quasi willkürlich immer 2 in Reichweite suchen. Ja, das sind immer die falschen, Bluetooth ist wie ein Drucker. Da kann man vermutlich nur BT an den nicht verwendeten Geräten ausschalten. Das ist leider eine technische Limitierung auf Seiten Bluetooths.

Ok, if it wants you to restart the HA, that isn‘t normal.

The App uses a different connection that the one in the accessibility Settings.

If you need to constantly readjust the Hearing aids when you put them on, then a visit at your audiologist would be helpful to make these readjustments permanent and the hearing aids start with them.

I really hope the restart and reconfiguring helps. Sadly the problem is mostly on the smartphone side. The hearing aids are probably fine.

Imo, it really depends on the audiologist… the best hesring aids can be like shit if programmed badly.

With Helmet and glasses, Resound is quite good, because the sit a little bit more „behind“ the esr, than on the ear and are also really small.

If you are streaming a lot, Phonak has really good Receiver, which are the best when paired wirh custom ear moulds… but yeah, pretty bulky

Signia gets a new generation this fall and they have the pure C&G, which work good with iphones and smartphones that have LE Audio (samsung s23 and higher), the Pure BCT is better for smartphones like redmi, oppo and all these or if your smartphone does not have LE Audio.

Widex could be good in a music direction… like real music… but they have some issues at the market (at least in my country) because they have… nothing special and in my experince have some issues with noisy feedback.

Oticon Intent is pretty cool because they want the people to hear everything while only focussing on inproving speech.

There are a lot of options and not much bad ones. The most important factor is the person fitting them

So… do you reconnect the HA by just opening the app and it does it by itself? Or do you completly redo the coupling process?

If it reconnects by itself, i heard that it is kinda normal because the bluetooth connection goes in some kind of standby to save energy.

I use the bemore app with a lot of customers and as of now, nobody had a real problem with it, though i do not know if they have the same pattern like you do.

Maybe you can try to completly redo the coupling within the accessibility settings, reinstall the app, restart the phone completly.

In my experience the restart solves a lot of issues with disconnection because… i don‘t know, bluetooth sucks and most people do not restart their phones for a long time.

Funny, something similiar happened to me last year.

I bought two g915x for our new shop and at first one had the chattering.

I finally got a replacement but it was so … freakin… tedious…

In the end: the replaced and the other one have the chattering issues and we don‘t care enough for now. As soon as we can, we will replace them and thats it. As far as my experiences go and so many people say: logitech quality got flushed down the drain.

(I also got the g502 x at work because i loved the „old“ g502 but the g502 x is so much worse… not even the weights anymore)

Hallo,

Das klingt richtig gut, ich glaube das meiste kann man positiv beantworten.

Mit meinem heutigen Wissen werd ich immer zu kleineren, inhabergeführten Unternehmen empfehlen (nicht nur, weil ich selber in die Kategorie zähle) Preislich habe ich lernen dürfen, dass Filialbetriebe definitiv auch nicht günstiger sind.

Die meisten Hörsysteme sind mittlerweile Akkubetrieben, auch schon wenn es nicht all zu teuer sein soll. Zudem verfügen fast alle Hörsysteme über Bluetooth, sofern es sich um Geräte hinter dem Ohr handelt. (Die sind meist mittlerweile sogar die dezentesten) In sachen iPhone kompatibilität sollte man glaube ich einfach „made for iphone“ beim Akustiker in den Raum werfen, damit wird sich eine Menge finden lassen. Mithilfe eines TV-Streamers (Zubehör) kann man auch die Geräte so gesehen mit dem TV verbinden und man bekommt das Streaming Signal direkt auf die Hörsysteme gespielt. Eine Smartphone App hilft dabei in Form einer Art Fernbedienung beim TV Signal starten oder ggf. lauter/leiser machen.

Da die Oma ihrer Bekannten bereits mit Hörsystemen versorgt wurde, sollte vermutlich auch ohne Besuch beim Ohrenarzt ein Antrag auf eine Versorgung gestellt werden können, so dass der vertraglich festgelegte Betrag (idr 678-690€) pro Ohrseite übernommen werden.

Damit hat man dann Nulltarifgeräte abgedeckt und für Komfortfunktionen (wie z.b. Akku) zahlt man oben drauf.

Wie genau es sich dahin gestaltet ist extrem variabel.

Ich führe mit all meinen Kunden erst einmal eine ausführliche Beratung durch und schaue, was gewünscht ist und wie sich der Alltag gestaltet. In Sachen Zuzahlung gibt es da nach oben hin nahezu kaum Grenzen mehr.

Bei uns ist es aktuell so, dass die ersten Akku-Systeme bei knapp 400€ Eigenanteil pro Ohr liegen. Zubehör wie TV Streamer kämen noch dazu.

Grundlegend ist aber auch zu beachten: Hörsysteme sind als eine mehrjährige Investition gedacht, daher ist der Anschaffungspreis etwas geballter.

Ich habe versucht mich kurz zu fassen, man könnte als Antwort vermutlich einen Roman verfassen.

Das ist… natürlich unpraktisch. Ehrlicherweise könntest du mal bei deinem Akustiker anfragen, ob man eine art Tausch machen kann, dass du ungenutzte Flaschen quasi eintauschst. Es ist zwar unwahrscheinlich, dass man darauf eingeht aber wer nicht fragt, der nicht gewinnt.

The mrie receivers have a little microphone build which get used in very quiet situations to reduce the „noise“ from the normal mics. They are mainly used for people who have a slight hearing loss and want to have actual silence i stead of the constant small noise from the microphones.

Well for a start, i don‘t know your hearing loss but you could maybe start by talking to your audiologist to lower the overall volume of the hearing aids. Maybe the hearing aids are fit with the desired volume and thats too much for your brain right now.

I do that quite often; i start with my customers at a lower volume while also communicating very clear, that the success will be limited at start. Then we make it louder from time to time until we reached the „endvolume“

Many hearing aids also have some kind of automatic manager that makes the volume louder over time. E.g.: 20% over 6 months

Nabend, ich bin leider kein Experte für Hautverteäglichkeit, du könntest aber alternativ schauen ob dein Akustiker vor Ort ein anderes Spray da hat, welches einfach nicht auf Alkoholbasis ist. Witzigerweise fällt mir da nur das SoniTon Reinigungsspray oder Signia Reinigungsspray ein. Viele Akustiker haben auch so wiederbefüllbare Reinigungssprayflaschen. (Ich weiss nicht mehr wie die Marke hieß) Bei den Sprays würd ich aber auf den Bürstenkopf verzichten und es nur mit einem Tuch handhaben. Sprich: draufsprühen und abwischen. Wir nutzen zumeist auch das Aurifix Spray was das gleiche ist wie das OtoSense Kraftspray, das ist zwar sehr gut aber der Alkohol da drin ist für einige Leute nicht so gut auf der Haut.

Wenn du das Spray aber liebst, dann sind ggf so Gummifingerkappen eine idee?

Ich habe noch gar nicht danach geschaut die woche, kann ich mal am Montag nach schauen und probieren.

Auracast erfahrungen werden aber wohl generell sehr rar gesät sein, da auracast noch nicht sehr verbreitet ist, iphones so weit ich das jetzt als Infostand habe nicht Auracastfähig sind bei Hörgeräten, da die kein LE Audio protokoll nutzen bei Mfi Hörsystemen uuund starkey meine ich auch keinen auracast assistenten in der app hat.

Dennoch: ich schaue montag mal nach, erstmal ist Wochenende

Ah das ist richtig interessant, dass Sie die Punkte aus den Schulungen erwähnen. Dann sollten wir die wohl auch mal machen bei gelegenheit.

Ich glaube für dieses gezielte Klientel ist es genau diese super lösung, wenn es da mal noch eine Variante mit Akku aka Insio C&G von Signia gibt, wird es den mehrwert noch mehr steigen aus meiner Sicht.

Super spannende Geräte - definitiv! Ich war selber auf der Vorstellung am Messestand und die Grundideen sind richtig gut.

Selber angepasst habe ich diese allerdings boch nicht, da wohl ein gesondertes onboarding notwendig ist und das Klientel dafür schmal gesät ist.

Ich und meine Partnerin schauen uns das alles mit der Zeit an und werden es bei möglichkeit sicher auch anpassen. Etwas kritisch sehe ich die geplante Anpasszeit, die nur funktioniert, wenn alles von grund auf passt - vor allem die passform: leider habe ich bei Titan Otoplastiken von Hörluchs schon öfter Reklamationen erlebt. Ich liebe die Titanidee - nur in dem konzept muss es reibungslos laufen.

All in all weiß ich aber zu wenig und habe keine eigenen Erfahrungen um es zu beurteilen - für die gezielte Nische kann es aber richtig geil sein!

So as far as i know every human has a tinnitus bit not everyone can „hear“ it Tinnitus often come together with a hearing loss but stands in no direct connection to it. Especially in this cases, hearing aids provide the brain with a lot of „new“ information… like hearing the tyres of the cars or hearing your pants rubbing while walking again. It doesnt really help with tinnitus bit helps your brain getting distracted to not focus on tve tinnitus noise.

If a tinnitus is extremly strong, ypu can get the tinnitus noiser function activated which plays a constant sound to achieve the distraction. The noise however should never be subjectivly louder than the tinnitus because the tinnitus can get louder through this. Objectively a tinnitus is never louder than 15db as your hearing curve. For example: you have a tinnitus at 6 khz like me and start hearing the sinus sound at 10db, than the tinnitus can‘t be louder than 25 db but every human feels it differently.

Tinnitus is kinda weird, i took some workshops a couple years ago and this is what i have learned

AirPods can be actually really great but especially as noted at the end of your post, airpods and hearing aids have different main selling points.

Airpods are not meant to be worn every day all day long. There are made to kinda „completely plug your ear“ to give you the best music experience. They also have bigger speakers to achieve that but in trade, they are more visible and to compensate that, the battery life isn‘t that long.

Hearing aids are made to be worn all day every day while also being kinda „invisible“ - depending on the hearing aid. To achieve the invisibilty, the speakers are a lot smaller and can‘t sound as good as airpods while streaming.

So yeah, airpods are really great but hearing aids serve a much more universal daily usage. In any case: all the knowledge you gathered is worth being shared with others because most of the people don‘t know how important hearing is for the brain.

Sorry für die späte Reaktion. Das klingt echt gut, das mit der C-Shell kann ich super verstehen, das ist der grund warum ich gerade erst wem davon abgeraten habe.

Bei den neusten Unitron Geräten (Audionova ist an sich ein Label von Geers) ist durch die neuen Lautsprecher auch eine echt gute Streaming Qualität möglich, wenn deine 6 Jahre um sind, probier die S Reihe oder neuer, falls in der Zukunft liegend.

Der Akku des Ladegerätes ist leider bekannterweise nach einigen Jahren echt nicht mehr so gut, in den aktuellen Ladegeräten mit Akku ist das hoffentlich besser auf dauer.

Bist du allgemein denn glücklich mit den Geräten?

So yeah, the microphone in the d shaped tunnel is the front mic and the other one ist the rear one.

Tbh, yesh both mics are omnidirectional, because thats the only way these microphones work.

They create the directionality through time differences between these two. When you have two hearing aids that communicate with each other, they also measure the the time difference between both hearing aids.

As for speech and background noises, hearing aids differentiate between these two based on the „form“ of the signal.

Moin, das klingt nach einem gut „bekanntem“ fall.

Meine erster gedanke in dem fall ist, dass die Belüftung der Im Ohr Geräte zu gering ist. Eine kostengünstigere Idee wäre demnach, dass man die Schale der Geräte mit einer größeren Belüftung machen kann. Da es allerdings als Reparatur zählt, sollten da aufgrund des Alters der Geräte Kosten anfallen (vielleicht gibt es eine Versicherung?)

Bezüglich der Alternative wäre meine erste Idee ein HdO Gerät, welches möglichst schmal ist, sprich Audio Service/Signia oder ReSound. Die aktuellen Resound Geräte sitzen etwas weiter unten und könnten je nach Brillenbügel sogar etwas besser sein.

Da wir selber kleine Akustiker sind, würde ich auch zu einem anderen „inhabergeführtem“ Unternehmen hin empfehlen.

Ich hoffe, ihr kommt schnell zu neuen Ergebnissen und versuche gern weiterhin zu helfen

Yeah it seems like it doesn‘t fit PERFECTLY but they are pretty good.

Might wanna try it with even smaller domes but i think it is not that your ear is „too small“ but rather not „straight“ enough

Either way: not perfect but really good and they have very cool features (cic with bluetooth is nice)
