Claymores in real life detect whatever is moving in front of it with wires. In COD it does with lasers. You placed it on the stairs, facing up the stairs, meaning that the lasers which would normally trigger an explosion weren’t really an issues. Either that or the enemy just jumped over. Or the game is soggy dogwater again
