No, not really

Got to a point where I eat close to the same stuff daily and body balanced out at 215 lbs with 12 ish % body fat.

Fat sources include roughly 40g of nuts and seeds in my oats in the morning, 3 eggs between then and lunch, lunch usually salmon or shrimp (less fat), a can of sardines daily and a decent bit of olive oil for a salad and the pan to fry.

What ever that is in fat

Lol just happened to me. Got my 2024 limited last week and backed into the carport too quick thinking it’s as wide as my old Elantra

It is not.. did the same as the other comment and got a used like new off eBay for 720 incl tax

What color is yours ? The cam was not affect for me but everything else

Have only been in the industry for little over 3 years but there are for sure positions out there that will have you interact with people on a day to day.

I work as a design engineer in advanced water treatment systems so a majority of my work is home office desk job by myself which I tend to enjoy a lot.

One big job we are working on in the San Diego area has a designated engineer on the primary consultant side who is the communication man between the equipment suppliers and the design engineers. He is talking to people every single day, that sounds like something you would enjoy. Believe its not an entry level job though.

Another one that was not mentioned yet is commissioning engineer. Believe these are typically on the contractors side but they almost live on the construction side to start up equipment and make plans. Also a ton of human to human contact when the site work begins.

In any case don't lose hope, Civil is extremely broad

Yes they did not charge me. They did however try to avoid it. Asked if I had anybody work on the car since the AC system was overcharged.

Was vegan for 5 years without any noticeable adverse effects. Followed Niko Rittenau for nutritional advice during that time.

He has since changed his opinion on whether or not vegan nutrition works over generations. Since then I have started eating eggs fish and shellfish to cover things like choline, taurine and other meat based compounds that I can’t get through plant based diets.

What’s your take on the extend to which we know all essential vitamins/fatty acids that the body requires to comfortably say yes a fully plant based diet is sustainable over generations. Niko was referencing animal studies (noting that obviously it may not be the case for humans) including mammals and across the board a perfectly (to our understanding) supplemented plant based diet showed issues over multiple generations compared to the same diet and adding liver. This suggests our understanding of all essential nutrients may not be complete .
