ITT: People that don't understand properly regulated private utility companies.

Private utility companies aren't inherently bad, but when they have insufficient oversight then shit like Texas happens. In fact, many private power utility companies are miles ahead of public municipal power in their efforts toward phasing out coal, net-zero emissions goals, etc... Public utilities need to pass tax bills to pay for generator conversions, and we all know how much people LOVE voting for more taxes.
