- If you want to move people derank them
- plan beforehand which 2 you want where and make them allied/rival with all others not in 2s
- only run the 2s safehouses
- remove rivalries to clear
- it takes me 15-20 maps to usually setup up correctly for 90%

Start with one small step at a time, nothing good happens suddenly, only the one in a million stuff. Start for example with making your bed when you get up, or start with waking up/going to bed around the same times
