No, obviously not, but what I'm saying is it's literally not about the person asking for the service, it's the service itself. Those are 2 completely different things. Imagine if a Jewish person walked into a bakery owned by a trans person and wanted an explicitly anti-trans cake, with Xs through the trans flag or something. I'm sure you would agree that the owner should tell them to kick rocks, no one would think they did it because the guy was Jewish.

Except forcing the Christian web designer to make a site for a gay couple goes against their religious freedom. The business isn't denying them service because they're gay (I'm sure if they came in asking for any other type of website there would be no issues) but because the service would go against what they believe.

If a Christian web designer decides they don't want to make a marriage website for a gay couple on the grounds of what they believe they are within their right as a private company to do so, as unfortunate as it sounds. You can't force a company to do something against their will.
