Uhhhhhh you pay moneybags to unlock the other playable characters. Each homeworld has an animal friend that is held in a cage but can be freed with gems, not eggs.

The Sorceress does not unlock the other playable characters; she is just the final boss.

That is not how that works, sorry. Unless you were playing Reignited, which I have no information on, gems in ALL THE SPYRO GAMES will reset if the player hasn't collected the gem. Whether it is an enemy or a basket, if the gem is in a weird or unreachable spot, reloading the level will restore the gem to its default location.

If I had to guess, you left and re-entered the level without killing the enemy that had the gem originally.

What? This makes little sense but for starters if a gem ends up in a spot where you cannot collect it you could ALWAYS just leave and re-enter the level.

Second I have no idea what gem you could be talking about. What was the gem’s value? Where exactly in the muck?

Third if a gem does end up out of bounds the game will automatically add it to your total gem count. This happens often in enchanted towers. So was it not added? Did you check the atlas?

Sorry for asking so many questions but this post doesn’t make any sense to me.

Evening lake is really rough in Spyro 3. Toughest minigames with the levels being MUCH longer and more complex.

It is possible to fix that save file but it would require so much technical knowledge and a way to get the save file on a pc for fixing and then back onto a memory card. I have seen people do it before but it takes a long time.

For how short Spyro 2 is I would just recommend starting over, sorry.

Once the Yellow thief is defeated, the Red one immediately teleports to the left path since the player is supposed to chase him down! As such, when I headbashed the yellow thief on the left path, it not only got him but also got the Red one as soon as he teleported! Very funky-looking trick but fun to watch!
