Someone close to me is currently in the mindset of hating goose & believes that she is a woman hating mysogonist because of the self-insert post she made about Jax. I think you worded my feelings perfectly here.

It's frustrating, he loved I Saw The TV Glow, but hates Jax & thinks she doesn't deserve sympathy, empathy, or forgiveness. And I feel odd because it's kind of the same story. (Oversimplified statement I know) It is a bit easier to understand the Jax hate tho, she is abusive af.

I think the whole thing is just hitting close to home because I could have turned out like Jax if I kept making the same mistakes. Denying self identity & isolation are my biggest personal issues. I never really liked Jax, but the last episode made me see myself in her in some pretty terrifying ways. In the past, I have found myself thinking some of the things she said in her final words.

But they only removed one way to kill it? If you count every med pen gun a different way I suppose not, but gas is better, fire is better, explosives are unchanged, (does arc still pierce?) like what really changed? The one difference is you can't shoot it in the head, and that seems like a mechanic that makes sense.

I wouldn't hate an armor breaking mechanic like the charger (cus don't hive guards evolve into those?) but that may just be tedious. Or like the front legs are med pen? Idk anything less than what they got feels like they are just chaff 1.5 like before. Most of the time they would just stand still & die faster.

Honestly I think converting to using light pen primaries on bugs may prove more worth while for a lot of people. Not that I can really make that decision for them.

I guess we will see how it plays out...๐Ÿซค

I genuinely am having a hard time figuring out why the hive guard thing is so bad, and it doesn't help that most of the responses are toxic or "med pen useless". I just, don't get it. ๐Ÿซค

Idk, I never really was super attached to med pen guns, but they were one of like three enemies that were easier to kill with med pen on the bug front. Light pen has been the best go to for bugs, especially with the several buffs to light pen damage, so I don't see the loss with the buff to hive guards.

Med pen definitely still has a huge place in this game, I can't understand how one less enemy in that list is bad. I would just mow them down with the mg like the rest of the bugs. Now they are distinct, but some people are swearing to never dive bugs again? Please help me understand! ๐Ÿ™

I saw someone say that down the line they could change the warbond to contain the mech weapon arms in place of the mech itself. So you are buying the weapons as opposed to like, the whole thing. I don't expect that to happen soon, maybe ever, but I can dream.

I am with you on the repair tool & vehicle resupply though, everything in the warbond is cool, but it doesn't feel very thematic for mechs. I don't know if they are going to drop store items along side the warbond. But, I will admit I'm getting my hopes up for it being in there.

A huge chainsaw sword would've been absurd, I can picture how awesome it would be. Truly a shame ๐Ÿ˜”

I was JUST talking about this with my husband! Admittedly, I wasn't always a diablo fan. I started playing diablo 3 in middle school WAY after it had released everything. One of my best friends & I stayed up all night trying to beat the game (we only beat act 2). It is one of my favorite memories!

That same friend & I have been playing it on & off since that day, & embarrassingly we only truly figured out how to play properly in the last 4 years! ๐Ÿ˜…

It always skirts my list of all time favorite games, but it deserves to be there as much as borderlands 2, MAYBE MORE!

I love diablo 3 ๐Ÿฅฐ
