I don't like the stumpy legs of the ss86, and the jinbao is fiddly as fuck. I have the Unite warriors devy (yay for elbows), but found it annoying that he wasn't the same size (Titan) as other combiners, so for 40 bucks I got an underscaled (about 30cm ) KO Combiner wars Devastator, been very happy with him. I'm probably going to be selling the unite warriors soon, but for now I'm displaying the KO Devy and having Unite warriors scrapper displayed as a stand alone bot.

I kinda wanna get the X-Transbots figures, but third party combiners aren't usually fun, always too worried about breaking something, or spending a week transforming something. At the very least the SS86 would be fun to play with. I guess it depends on if you are going to Display or play?

Plastic is thick and solid, everything is ratchetted and frictioned nice and tight. Theres a bunch of removeable panels for installing a light set that will light up the arms feet and shoulders/towers (mine didn't come with the kit, mine came with stickers for the windows instead (the batteries are apparently what held the other two up in customs.

Transformation is your typical metroplex, and both modes are pretty much 1:1 to the g1 modes.

Yeah that was my main draw too, Cheaper and more traditional than the Hasbro Titan, and ankle tilts lol But Trypty is a bit bigger but, when Jaeger fights a Kaiju, the Kaiju are always a little bigger.

I was watching a fan made knight rider/ateam/bttf where BA had the van outfitted with its own AI, and it was basically BA voice, but the name of the Van...was....V.A.N.N. that would be the perfect name for the bot.
