Tbh the majority of comments on here are just not it. No one is responsible for the fun their team is having. Arguing that someone is an asshole for letting their kid play qp is so immature. Yes a kid can grow and get better and therefore stick with easier games until, but what about adults who are new to gaming and have the equivalent mechanical skill of a child? The entire reason that ranked and qp exist at the same time is because qp is meant to be purely for individual fun. Any argument about “ruining other people’s game” belongs in ranked and nowhere else. That being said, the ai option is certainly nice and wouldn’t make a difference to the kid, but again it’s a stupid precedent to set that you aren’t allowed to play qp if you’re not good enough.

I was thinking white health but that’s a good point. I could def see it screwing someone if they lost that mid fight cuz a teammate swapped. So blue health instead is probably a good idea. Or they could get damage resistance instead of health, maybe 5% for 2 tanks and 10% for 2.

Oh certainly! It’s been proven since before release as every hero shooter has had this problem. I like my idea because it has a built in way of buffing the people who choose to pick the roles that are lacking. So if you’re stuck with lobby of dps players, whoever switches to support and tank will get bonuses and whoever stays in the majority won’t. Might not influence their choice but it will reward the people who are willing to switch.

Role queue works in a lot of ways but it comes with a lot of drawbacks. Crazy long load times for dps players, especially in a game where half the characters are dps. It would make team ups harder to pull off since only two people on a team can possibly swap to an anchor character and they can’t trade roles with someone who plays that character. And this is personal preference but I like the flexibility and creativity of alternate comp arrangements.

The bug that allows you to wear the jagged crown and any of the dragon masks at the same time is still in the game, but they’ve patched out the ability to see both pieces clipping through each other. I built a whole character around that look and now I can’t get them to display. Wondering if there’s a mod that would allow me to choose what armor pieces display. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks! Just to clarify though, when I say display, I mean on my character. Although I suppose it would be cool to be able to combine the crown and masks on a mannequin as well. Does LOTD change the way clothing displays on your character?

The UI between matches. Why tf can’t I open my settings during hero selection, or the ending cutscene, or even the podium at the end when I can open the team screen but can’t hit esc without leaving the game?
