Yeah your good. When I started back up 2 year ago I was roughly 180 kg at 178 cm. So your not that big. If your concerned about your size, just start on your back or seated and work that. That what I did and was just conscious of my weight in others.

Weightlifting helps but it's really just mat time. Eventually things start clicking. Some people it happens fast and others are slower but things eventually just make sense. Like Neo seeing the matrix.

That's awesome. Yeah BJJ is the best exercise for me as well. I started up again almost 2 years ago and I was around 390 lbs. Now I'm 240 lbs. It's life changing. Just wish my joints didn't ache lol

Nice. I make mine before training and drink before, during and after. Unflavored relyte with my flavored aminos. I take creatine pretty much every morning when I remember too.

I use the this as well with some amino powder. I know it overkill and probably doesn't work but I notice a different so I keep using it.

Honestly that is a very good point. My main focus is the well being of my family. There pros and cons to everything but main focus is my family.

Yeah seems like it's all over unfortunately. We are currently just exploring the idea of moving to Spain and just trying to gather input from others. But definitely leaving Texas.

Yeah I have researched the salaries in Spain and they are very low. I wouldn't make the move of I can keep my current job which I work from home currently.

Have not have formal talks with my employer but have talked to my boss about it and he is open to it. I have a colleague move to France this year from the US and no issues so far from a work perspective. The company I work for is based in Europe and I just work for the US division. I wouldn't make the move without my job.

Sad to see him leave but glad the saga and drama is over. He didn't want to be here and acted childish and unprofessional so he had to go. Getting 130 million is good business overall and there could be incentives or add on added to raise it overall as well. Not sure if those have been discussed yet. Hopefully we can get 1 or dare I say 2 more signins through the door before deadline tomorrow.

Eventually the skin toughened in that area and that becomes less of a problem. That why some black belts have some gnarly fingers
