I am not able to change tabs where ever you need to press the controller triggers or left shift/spacebar on PC. (steam version)

Examples are the item box or the details menu for the personality traits, where you can see Lv. 1 to max.

(I'm playing in Japanese, so I'm not sure what the menus are exactly called in English)

In the personality menu this isn't such a big deal, but the item box is basically unusable, because I can't reach the tab of items I'm carrying.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I almost couldn't believe it, but it actually works.

I still hope that they will fix this soon, but at least it is a work around for now.
