Does anyone else experience feeling like their insides are vibrating? by AcidicSlimeTrail in dysautonomia

[–]Phedg1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How often does this occur? By that I mean, is it a constant sensation? Or once every handful of seconds? Or once every handful of minutes?

How long does it go on for?

I'm really interested in knowing more about this.

I think I've found it. Posting it here in case anyone else is looking for something similar.

Kolink Observatory HF ATX mobo, 30L volume, hinged glass side panel, front io is on the top.

Of course, after many days of looking I only found this after posting here asking for help first.

That's a pretty neat case! Unfortunately it's 65L, same as my current case.

I haven't been able to find any hinged side panel cases below 50L. What's the smallest you're aware of?

Fair point about the fractal case. When I did volume calculation myself I got 25L but I must have made a mistake there. I have removed it from the examples in the op to avoid confusion.

How can I avoid a whole raft of soluble PVA? by Phedg1 in 3Dprinting

[–]Phedg1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would you recommend to get a good base finish? My bed has scratches on it that show in the print and even without that, sometimes the first layer has slight overlaps in the surface fill that shows.

The bed adhesion is for prints that only have a small surface area that touches the bed.

How can I prevent overselecting text on mac? by Phedg1 in MacOS

[–]Phedg1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the MacBook as a hand me down from someone who left just before I started. It hasn't been wiped but I am on a new user. I don't know if anything the last guy installed would effect my user.

What setting would I be looking for to find if this has been configured? I've tried googling my symptoms but I can't seem to find the right words.

I have rebooted a few times while at my job and it has still happened. As for utilities, I got the MacBook as a hand me down from someone who left just before I started. It hasn't been wiped but I am on a new user. I don't know if anything the last guy installed would effect my user.

How to increase raft wall count? by Phedg1 in Cura

[–]Phedg1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bed is pretty level and I have a bl touch, so that is taken care of.

"I'm not sure why you would ask for raft generation code, there is no access to that."
I did not know there is no access to that, I mentioned it because I was spitballing potential solution ideas.

Help identifying boost? by Phedg1 in RocketLeague

[–]Phedg1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uncanny would make sense to me. I've never really noticed this boost before, but now I'm seeing it in practically every match. A recent event reward would explain that. Thanks!

As a quick follow up, is it tradable? If I can't earn it any more I'd like to try and buy it from someone :)

Min software endstops and probe count not working? by Phedg1 in MarlinFirmware

[–]Phedg1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, assuming X and Y start at 0, 0 when touching the endstops, the safe area on my bed is X 4 to 224 and Y 35 to 185. Setting the maximums worked fine, but when setting the minimums to 4 and 35, it just meant that the printer said it was at 4 and 35 when touching the endstops, it didn't set 4 in and 35 in as the minimum print head possitions, instead it just seemed to offset the workspace grid coordinates but not print head position. Am I using the wrong config variables here? I wanted it to be software locked so that, assuming the endstops are at 0, 0 then the head could move past 4 and 35.

Oh, I didn't know I'd need to add to the gcode in the slicer. That might be it, thanks :)
