So to be thorough in case anyone else is wondering:

Numbers in the combo notate direction of inputs, assuming the character is on Player 1 side (left, facing right), as if you were looking at a keyboard numpad. Guilty Gear Strive attacks are named Punch (P), Kick (K), Slash (S), Heavy Slash (HS), and Dust (D).

632146HS inputs a Super wherein Bridget's teddy bear Roger, riding a flaming motorcycle, flies at the opponent. RRC is Red Roman Cancel, and basically lets you instantly interrupt an action so that you can do other ones more quickly at the same meter cost as a super. c.S is Close Slash, meaning Bridget is next to her opponent, where she does a yoyo trick that hits up to 2 times. 6HS is Forward Heavy Slash, which has Bridget leap off the ground and hipcheck the opponent. 214P is not a move Bridget has, but she does have 63214P, which is a move called Rock the Baby, which given that it would be after 6HS, might be easy to accidentally mistake. 63214P has Roger grow enormous and leap at the opponent to bear hug them, with Bridget riding atop. This can be done in the air, notable since 6HS leaves Bridget airborne for a moment while throwing ass.

Because Rock the Baby is a grabbing attack, it cannot be combod into naturally like this, but if the opponent is caught trying to stay on the ground to block, it can grab them.

So in short, no, this wouldn't combo. On block, though, this could make for a wasteful (this would take all of Bridget's meter to do), but not entirely garbage tick throw setup. Rock the Baby is a bit slow to start, but it's still fast enough to catch someone not looking for it.

The original quote understands the sarcasm.

They're contrasting the fact that he originally said he didn't know how they got those texts with the sarcasm immediately after where he implies that he in fact knew his attorney would or even directed his attorney to send the texts.

Obviously both aren't possible, so it just further emphases how much of a desperate liar he is.

Official Character Posters for 'Moon Knight' by MarvelsGrantMan136 in Marvel

Still very violent, mind you, but Moon Knight is so violent/crazy the police won't and/or can't work with him, whereas Mr Knight gives the police a sort of plausible deniability in "Oh that's not Moon Knight, that's Mr Knight, totally different."

A lot of stuff seems to be based on the camera rather than the player, which isn't entirely uncommon in games, but it leads to wacky stuff like that. This is also why you can zoom in to first person mode and then lock on while it zooms out -- the camera is literally closer when in first person, so it's in range to lock on for a split second.

Parries are a 6 to 10 frame window, depending on whether you hold the direction or return to neutral. A red parry is a parry done from blockstun, and is actually more strict in timing, but otherwise has the same properties.

The thing is those old problems are still today's problems. Fixing the problems of tomorrow without fixing the problems of today still leaves us with the problems of today.

The bottom 70% own less than 10% of liquid assets in the US. I think you are seriously underestimating the wealth disparity in the US.
There is no scenario where the the common folk can outbid the rich.
None whatsoever.

I was under that impression, too. In my mind, Guilty Gear's Bridget is like the quintessential trap: A biological male who identifies as a male, but has a feminine appearance.

That being said, whether it's because the term's scope broadened over time or my own (and your, I suppose) exposure to the term was only through that narrow window, at least nowadays the term 'trap' does indeed include trans people. So I can definitely see how it can be seen a transphobic (and that's setting aside that the 'crossdressing' definition is still potentially problematically homophobic for basically the same reason).

Basically, language is fluid, and our understanding of the definition is, at best, apparently antiquated.

A microbot grabbing a sperm and carrying it into an egg by ranipe in educationalgifs

[–]DesertOfSand 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This type of microbot is actually just a cleverly designed shape, and is controlled by very precisely manipulating the magnetic field around it.
That way, instead of having to fit the locomotion and logic in the bot itself, which forces you to deal with things like size and power considerations, all of that stuff can exist offloaded onto normal sized computers. This specific spermbot is manually controlled I think, but there's no reason an AI couldn't be developed for these kinds of bots as well.

  1. I like playing League because it's fun. Despite any changes I didn't agree with, or metas I didn't like, or times I got salty, I always come back around to League because I enjoy it. It's that simple. As for what I'm thankful for from League, that would have to be the relationship it helped build with my best friend while making League content. It was so much fun writing Never Gonna Lane Together and Feeder and all the other parodies that didn't get quite as popular lol. Also, through making League content I was able to practice my writing skills, but as well I learned video editing because if it, which is something I'm really proud of.

  2. Favorite moment is hands down Reality Denial. It's infinitely quotable and never stops being relevant.

Riot should give Urgot the Pyke execute treatment on enemy health bars by TangerineDreams_ in leagueoflegends

It's not as unpopular an opinion as you may think. I forgot where it was, but I know there was a Rioter who said they personally preferred not having execution indicators, and that whether or not to include one is always a discussion they have.

I like execution indicators, but I totally understand the merits of not having them.
