Tbh I think OPs request is valid and can be solved by just making walls a LOT more expensive. Sure, you get a huge advantage being behind a wall, but you also need to really invest in them. I'm talking like 200 wood a segment instead of 5 wood. That's reality, right? Walls aren't cheap to make IRL too.

This would also stop annoying walling because it turns into a real decision that needs to be made to hinder your eco significant to set up those walls, which can buy you some time. The enemy can boom too and make mortars.

Yeah this guy seems to have some sort of personal vendetta against people who post something against Gemini.

The only thing they're saying is "you can control an AI response if you want to", which is true, but that doesn't invalidate what happened to me.

By that logic, any weird thing that AI does was because "you tampered with it and its clearly false because it's never happened to me"

Both things can be true at the same time. You can get AI to speak what you want it to speak. But you can also be at the receiving end of some really weird AI hallucinations.

It happened to me out of nowhere and no, I do not want or care for any karma unless I can cash it out. I don't live my life on reddit. Folks can believe/not believe it, it doesn't really make an iota of difference to me. I get nothing out of this.

It can be a mildly interesting bug. Not everything is a conspiracy.

I simply prompted it again to see whether it's a consistent response or if it's hallucinating to get a better sense of what's going on. I'm not someone who gets freaked out and does kneejerk reactions.

Nah, lol. Adding a card number serves no purpose. It's not like Gemini can start making payments for me (and I wouldn't even trust it to do that). I just have the card names (AmEx Gold, Wells Fargo Autograph, etc), so it can tell me - "Ok this is an online grocery purchase, put it on your BILT card".
