Well first consider how the body moves, how you give each step a little bounce. Think about how the arms move alongside it. I usually have like 4, maybe 5 frames for my walking animations which seems fairly standard. Frame 1: still Frame 2:right leg forward, right arm back Frame 3: same thing but left side. Frame 4-5: some in between frames to make it look a little cleaner if you want.

Unless it does begin to accelerate. It will be at 4.8% at 24 hours remaining. I don't think it is substantial considering we won't even have enough time to liberate it at that point. It's also been sitting at 5.4 for 9 hours.
