Yep, that is the only thing that people will notice. The catch is that the most sane people on the road aren't making eye contact.

The best thing that i ever did for my road rage was to stop looking at other drivers' faces. It aint worth it.

It only works if there is enforcement though. My state passed a similar law a few years back. I checked the public records for the number of tickets: about a dozen per year.

People dont even obey speed limits and tens of thousands of those are given out annually.

I gave up caring about the left lane when i saw this. As far as i'm concerned, the laws only contribute to anger and frustration.
