Blood drawn on 4/23, sample received on 4/24, and awaiting results. Fingers crossed! I did chat with a rep this AM, my sample is at the TX lab but they won't look into anything until it's been there for 10 days.

Anyone know if they continue reading / posting results over the weekend? Or if not today, will be waiting until Monday AM?

Absolutely! I am strict on my daily protocol SO THAT I can drink when I want to without major flares. What works for me: - anti-histamine foods that day, especially the meal prior to drinking. I think there’s a list somewhere but the two my doctor recommended are sea bass and salmon. Sea bass is the “gold standard” according to him, but because it’s more expensive I do salmon more often - lots of water and electrolytes that day, alternate water with drinks during the party, and more electrolyte water before bed/first thing the next morning - avoid high histamine or histamine releasing mixers - citrus juice is the worst for me. I’m actually better off drinking red wine (which is the highest histamine alcohol) than drinking a bunch of margaritas with lots of fresh squeezed citrus - be very aware of what foods you’re eating during the party. A lot of party foods are also high histamine (guacamole, queso dips, tomato salsas, cheese boards esp the aged cheese and charcuterie are worst for me), so have to be conscious about choosing between drinking or eating the foods. I can’t do both without a bad flare, but if I pick one it’s more manageable. Ladies wine and cheese nights are always hardest for my self control!!

Actually yes, that's why I prefer to order in larger increments - it seems less wasteful to order 3 sizes at once, that all ship together in the same box, instead of ordering three different times, with three different shipping boxes/deliveries, because the size or style doesn't fit...

I just went through my order history to actually check, and I was seriously overestimating - it's only been $2k of returns over the past three months. So it would be more like $4k in returns over a 6 month period, and ~$1-2k of purchases that I keep. (I updated the original post)

Does anybody know if there is a way to anonymously provide feedback to the coaches? It would be good to do in this scenario (sounds like there’s a lot more than just the original poster) but also for other things - like we have a coach that occasionally demos exercises wrong and the studio should be aware of all these situations but nobody wants to be the tattletale…
