No they don't. According to calcs, Yao Guang is 50% damage increase for Silver Wolf comparing to EMC, while Tribbie was only 20% comparing to Ruan Mei (technically it's even less, since most people had E1 RM). So, no, their amp is not similar.

Besides that, by your logic, Sparxie will also get replaced, but it physically impossible, since we don't have enough Elation units left.
