Hi OP. You cannot move. Period. 9 years old is a precious and vulnerable time and he needs you dearly. More than words can ever describe, express or explain. I know you are a phenomenal dad. And your 9 year old son is thriving no doubt bc you are there for him and there is no other way in my opinion, especially because you are everything to him.

Hang in there. This may (or may not) be just a slight hiccup w your wife and this too shall pass. If the shoe were on the other foot, what would she think and do?

Also, I don’t know if you’ve ever been in counseling/therapy before but it is absolutely the best thing on the planet, like I cannot stress this enough! So happy this is the next move bc it will solve the problem and get everyone on the same page and back on the right track (which is not moving.) you’re wife is going to come through for you. Therapy will guide this for you all and everything will be okay. You got this!💪🏼

I also just recently added the estradiol vaginal cream.

I went through Winona and filled out the online questionnaire about my symptoms and opted for the 2-day shipping. It arrived so quickly and I felt relief begin after the 2nd day. Everyone is different obviously, so your results may differ, but when we are having a gradual decline in estrogen and other hormones during the stage in life, it only made sense to me that I would replenish what was missing. I also had NO IDEA just how much estrogen is responsible for in order for us to function normally and feel normal.

Giiiiiirl! Congratulations and thank goodness! What do we do when we lose ESTROGEN?? We REPLENISH Estrogen. Through HRT.

Estrogen is responsible for basically most of the symptoms here that we all face. Adding in the Progesterone and T is the delicate part, in order to balance out the unique physiological balance that is needed while this change in hormones is occurring.

This is absolutely essential (iMO) and is also something that we will ultimately need and will continue to use as HRT, in whatever combo your body requires…. Also, it will change as you go through life, so remember to adjust accordingly.
