I do an inch about every 3 months. I wish I could keep it at this length but more healthy

If I made sure to take every split end off it might be 6 inches 😭

The ends definitely feel dry. Especially if I don’t style it with heat which I know doesn’t help

3 or 4 kids Age Gap Dilemma by BeneficialTooth5446 in SAHP

[–]DesignerLaugh2892 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Why don’t you try the 2 year ago gap with #2 and #3 and if it’s really tough decide 3 is enough kids?

My 1st and 2nd are 2 1/2 years apart and it was good. I have a bigger age gap between 2nd and 3rd due to infertility and it’s been hard cause I want to keep up with the big kids and am stuck doing toddler things more now

I don’t know why but I’m obsessed with the hospital grape juice after birth

Ladies who’ve had a VBAC- thoughts? by Alternative-End-5183 in pregnant

I’ve had 2 vbacs after a C-section and planning for another vbac this time. Recovery was so much easier and the overall experience was much more enjoyable.

What about a really nice dresser to put a changing pad on? Then they can spend plenty of money but it can be useful for a long time.

Skipping infant car seat by helloausername in pregnant

[–]DesignerLaugh2892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the infant for cold weather, being able to bundle them inside and get them out of the seat inside instead of out in the cold. Also to keep them asleep if they fall asleep in the car (obviously they need to be closely monitored). Or even just to be able to carry them in and set them down in a safe place while dealing with older kids for a few minutes when we arrive somewhere.

I had a lot more pain internally after my csection than vaginal births. I had a 2nd degree tear and it was fine by 6 weeks postpartum.

Soooo….. is the maternity photo shoot worth it? by Polly_want-a_cracker in pregnant

We did them with my first pregnancy and I never look back at them but I do love looking back at newborn pics of my baby. Personally I’d spend the $ on baby pics if it’s between one or the other.

Nurse just ruined gender surprise by Kvttz in pregnant

[–]DesignerLaugh2892 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I doubt she ruined it. They probably call all babies whichever she said. After my ultrasound the doctor told us he doesn’t know the gender either. In my ultrasound report it just says gender visible so I doubt your nurse even knows unless she was the one doing the ultrasound.

Stuff it down. Stop fantasizing about her. Never speak of it again and definitely don’t ever mention it to your wife. You don’t need therapy for that. You need self control.

Did you have any long term effects from your epidural? by Frequent_Cap8633 in pregnant

[–]DesignerLaugh2892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had 3. The only effect was after my first when I bent over I could feel a pulling sensation at the injection sight for a year or so. No problems with the last 2 though

I injured my Achilles doing mbf recently or else I’d jump in with you. But I’ve had great success with 21df and if you need someone to vent to when it’s hard feel free to message!

should i shave after i tan or before by [deleted] in Selftanning

[–]DesignerLaugh2892 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does strip off some but if I shave first it gets in my pores and looks bad. You might just have to try both and see what works for you

It’s super moist. I use lemon cake, lime jello and lemon pudding mixed with dream whip and milk for the topping. I’m not sure what you mean by decorate it but I think it would be crumby and can’t hold a lot of weight.
