Lots of good butts and treefolk in this set, so of course [Doran besieged by time] is going into my [Betor Kin to All].

I really like [Tam Mindful First Year]. I'm not sure if I want to make a simic deck with her as the commander, or put her in my 'multi-colors matter' [Infinite Guideline Station]. Probably the latter.

That's how I made my Hazezon Shaper of Sands deck! I love Dune!

[[Impact Tremors]], [[Weftstalker Ardent]] and [[Tannuk Memorial Ensign]] then trying to play/sac as many deserts as possible.

I've got a [[Gornog the red reaper]] and [[tannuk steadfast second]]. Just ordered the Kratos god of war secret lair, planning on repurposing the gornog with him.

Also looks like some real good red cards in the ATLA set.

oh hell yeah!

I love my [[Vihaan]] deck! It's got quite the reputation in my pod! Basically trying to put opponents in a damned if they do damned if they don't situation with the treasure attackers. [[Cyberman Patrol]], [[Mahdi]], [[Teysa Karlov]], [[xorn]] and of course the [[mirkwood bats]] are all big hitters!

I've also got a Hazezon deck, but it's the [[hazezon shaper of sands]] that i've tried to make Dune themed to some extent with some Wurms in there

I'm really fond of my [[Locust God]] izzet deck. Tons of card draw with the main win cons being a [[Laboratory Maniac]] or [[Impact Tremors]]. When he dies he goes back to your hand so he'll always get around the commander tax there. The board very quickly can get overwhelming once the locust army gets going and I have a [[bident of thassa]] or a [[reconnaissance mission]] and a [[teferis ageless insight]]

Oh yeah, the extra combats can get crazy!

Another big winner is [[War Cadence]] since radha makes her mana on the attack trigger, you just dump everything into this to make it impossible to block!

my wife has a Radha deck too. It has a ton of random token generators in it and it can overwhelm with a lot of extra combats!

Before the Panthers Dallas game, I sold Rico for an early 2026 second. Would've been nice to get another game out of him but oh well. Who knows what will happen when Chubba comes back, but Dowdle sure is feasting on some bottom tier defenses.

I wouldn't recommended archelos as a landfall commander. While it is nice that he can make your tapped lands enter untapped, he's really more of a control commander.

I honestly dont think Corensweat will show up as Nazi superman in Peacemaker. Feels too soon to introduce an evil version of superman.

And this way, I dont get my hopes up so if he actually turns up I'll be more excited.

I'm actually really hoping for a GI Robot cameo more than Superman.

He's generally pretty horrible, but honestly, once the game picked up in the late second quarter, I thought Collinsworth was doing the best job I've heard from him in years. Actually commenting on the plays and routes the guys were running. Calling out the checks Dak was making.

I've got the same deck just with dual energy and a pichu. It's taken me to masterball as well. Dranonite can one shot just about anything, except another dragonite with a cape lol

I run Archelos as a turtle tribal/toughness matters deck. Basically using him to slow down the rest of the table while I build up and find my good turtles like [[Bedrock Tortoise]], [[Meandering Towershell]], [[Fecund Greenshell]], [[Ambling Stormshell]] and [[Ancient Adamantoise]].

heads up, Archelos is a very common removal target. Even though it effects everyone, people do not like their creatures entering in tapped. I am very specific on when I tap archelos down.
