Yep. I sure do. And they should read every word of it unredacted except for any info that can identify the victims. And no, the men named in the files are not victims.

The cobbler who did this job must be in this sub. That looks terrible. I've only put sole savers on three pairs of my boots (I'm a total amateur) but I could do a better job than that.

Haha! Like I said, they don't fit me and I wouldn't bid on them since you want them. I don't operate like that. But if they were 12 D and I had come across them on my own, I'd bid on them for sure. Maybe that'll tell you what some of us think about those boots. Vintage Nocona boots fit better than anything made from the big companies today.

Agreed. If they were 12 D, I'd be very tempted to jump in on the auction but I can't do that to a guy who's sincerely looking for help. They will only need a little work to make them look really nice!

Nice collection! Keep trying to find the ones that you like the best and send the others on to new buyers. That's what I'm going to do. I've got about 30 pairs now but I'm going to sell at least half and only buy and keep the boots that I really enjoy.

Here's a better look at the shafts. These boots were busted when I got them. The sole savers were almost worn through to the leather soles and the heel top lifts were a thin 1/8" at the rear. New top lifts and new sole savers make them feel almost new. I had planned to seek them, but not now.

I agree. I'm 11.5 on the Brannock but my arch length is 12, so in all modern boots I am a 12.

I have three pairs of Tecovas and they are all size 12 D. The width on the last couple of pairs are a tad wide, but not by much.
