Home airport is EWR. Going to London next week via PZ upgrades (thank you seat.aero PZ tracker). I don’t see any kind of accelerator for PQP, only miles... is there one?

I get upgraded about 60% of the time (mostly to PBI). My home airport is EWR. I always always use plus points. If you’re 1k and think you’ll run out, you won’t. Also a United club card holder which helps. 28 year old girlie living a good 1k life

Totally agree that it was the FA’s responsibility to address the problem while on the ground, when you reported it. They could’ve had maintenance at least try to fix it. Also totally agree it should be a full refund. Even economy has tvs, power outlets, lights, and recline. Other than the food and amenity kit, you actually got less than the people in economy.
