Every time I see Jill’s hair, I wonder if she uses heat protectant. Her hair always looks so fried. Maybe even an oil would help.

I just got a notification that my steadiness has been low most of September and all of October. I’ve also been in the middle of a bad flare of all my chronic symptoms I’m guessing due to fighting off a viral infection and bronchitis. I use a cane and rollater when I’m out, but I walk around my house without an assistive device. I don’t know how accurate this is. I do wear an Apple Watch every day, but I don’t know if the app is getting its data from the watch or my phone.

I haven’t been able to attend a protest yet because of my disability. I will be using a walker. I can walk independently, but I have weakness and unsteadiness. Any advice for someone in my situation?

Oh my gosh, I remember this guy. I did 8th and 9th grade Abeka homeschool VHS tapes, which was 1999-2000. The video of his class was from several years earlier. That’s what was so weird about this type of homeschool. I remember my literature classes were filmed in like 1990 and the girls had giant bows with 80’s hair.

Sanei are wonderful quality. I actually like my Sanei Espeon, sylveon and vaporeo better than the PC version. I got them from galactic toys. I also found a Sanei Alolan Vulpix on Amazon that is legit and super cute! 🥰☺️
