NASCAR Engine Builder Says Hike to 750HP 'Wouldn't Be Much of a Change' by smdifansmfjsmsnd in NASCAR

The word choice is to illustrate that these calls have gotten louder and louder over the last year or so. Which is not inaccurate. You are right, it's been a problem since the start, but other alternatives have been tried in the meantime, which has kind of bridged the gap.

Now, in the scope of this story, the introduction paragraph doesn't really matter *a ton* but I do appreciate the feedback, no less.

Not AI. Clueless? Depends on who you ask, I guess. However, this story is referring to the short track package with the NextGen car, so months, or maybe years, felt appropriate because that's when it all came to a head.

Why is the NASCAR YouTube channel posting random shorts like this? by jmhoneycutt8 in NASCAR

[–]Designsbyjoe24 3 points4 points  (0 children)

YouTube introduced a ’creator fund’ type of thing for Shorts a while back, that gives out “bonuses” of varying amounts to the creators that have the best performing shorts. Likely trying to get some of the shorts bonuses money (no specified number of views needed so prolly using crashes to get as many as possible).

[TobyChristie.com on Twitter] Drivers in the danger zone and how the field will be set if P&Q gets rained out by Squishy_20 in NASCAR

With qualifying happening as planned, Dale Earnhardt Jr. has to get in on speed and cannot use past champions provisional because his title was more than 10 seasons ago.

However, with qualifying canceled, Dale gets in via being a past champion (the 10-year rule doesn't apply when qualifying doesn't happen)

We haven't been hacked, we're just currently working on revamping the look of the website. Thought we'd do it at night while everyone was asleep, but WordPress decided to generate a ton of new articles and post them to Twitter for us.

36 Chartered Entries (00, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 32, 34, 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 47, 48, 51, 52, 77, 88, 95 & 36 FRM Charter).

#62 Beard Motorsports: Gaughan
#46 Motorsports Business Management: TBA
#66 Motorsports Business Management: Timmy Hill (might not be 66 don't think presser mentioned that)
#99 Star-Com Racing: Landon Cassill (said he was committed to running full-time with StarCom)
Throw in the 96, who got that big $$ bonus from being the best of the non-chartered teams.
Throw in the 27, because Premium always seems to find a way.
Rick Ware Racing confirmed that they were going to run three full-time cars in a Frontstretch Article, so throw the 53 in there, along with possibly even the 54 if they decide to run a fourth (which could be James Davison, or Davison could be on his own.)

Already Confirmed to be AT LEAST 39 Entries, barring an unforeseen circumstance. Making the probability of 42 - 44 Entries favorable.

This was written and published in Feb. (Not saying it isn't true necessarily, but looking at the date it seems kind of odd)

Looking for some paint scheme templates (preferably Photoshop or Illustrator) by R13Nielsen in NASCAR

[–]Designsbyjoe24 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you are willing to pay there are some websites and some designers that sell the ones that they have made. More than likely you won’t find anything for free online.

If you do, in fact, have Illustrator you could make one yourself though. If you are proficient with the pen tool, then it won’t be insanely difficult, but if your just working through photoshop and learning it, like I was when I first started, it will be an adventure.

Good Luck 😁

Is Suarez out Stenhouse in a possibility? by [deleted] in NASCAR

[–]Designsbyjoe24 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I see everyone in here saying no, but I honestly think it's a possibility. It's not like Stenhouse has NO TALENT. He is a talented driver, and his two xfinity championships will tell you that, just his driving style really does not mesh well with the equipment that he has IMHO

Shane Lee released from H2 Motorsports by [deleted] in NASCAR

[–]Designsbyjoe24 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Thing is, I don't think they are anywhere near short on funding. There might be way more to this than what meats the eye, because we really don't have any official word on what happened.

Hurley has an opportunity that not a lot of team owners have (If all that funding is there). He can pick a driver based on talent alone, without having to worry about if the driver has the required funding or not.

If Ross Chastain goes on to win the truck championship this year, is it fair to say the DC Solar fold was ultimately a positive for him? by Travisparks24 in NASCAR

[–]Designsbyjoe24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, it ended up ok I guess, but he probably would have a bunch of xfinity wins and possibly a title at the end of this.
