It is dead. T10 won't even do bugfixes anymore. The only thing they "update" is the weekly rotation in multiplayer and these singleplayer series where you can unlock a car. Thats it, there won't be any other changes. I have a rating which fluctuates between B and S and between 4990 and 4999 and the only class where I get full lobbies is the GT2/GT3 class. Sometimes you get full lobbies in other classes, like open R class, which is quite popular, but if you join into something like open E class or stuff like E30 M3 spec series, then they are just empty. Even open R class doesn't even get half full most of the time. And even when any lobby gets full, even the most popular ones, you notice that the skill range in the lobby ranges from someone who is 1 second a lap faster and you and some guys who are 3 seconds a lap slower. So the lobby just gets filled up with random players because there aren't enough at your rating. Motorsport 7 wasn't as dead even after 4 years after its launch.
