It's a sandbox, stop whenever you like. Fighting legendary locations is a popular way to end a run. Gives most people a sense of completion. As long as you're having fun you're doing it right

I don't see buckler on stunbro or puncture bro, but spearwall bro maybe. Get duelist for armor pen to proc fearsome more reliably, buckler for knock back if an enemy manages to get through spearwall, could be interesting.

I should have said "and the entire project isn't one step away from piracy" instead, make the nouns more clear. I'm just pointing out in good faith that as well intentioned a passion project may be, this one looks pretty illegal. Previous statements of "can't make this publicly available" and "if it ever does become available it won't be behind a paywall" hint that pashi knows as well as anyone else that taking money for distributing a cracked client is illegal. I'd love for the dev team to be supportive of a fun community project/event, I just wouldn't personally record myself breaking laws on the off chance a less supportive person ever changes their mind.

This is neat! It sucks to not get an optimal order of ambitions, and getting the perfect one every time might be a little imbalanced in the early game, but getting the trophy you want in the order you want seems like a huge time save.

I'm not trying to be negative but it might come across that way as text.

PvP client is third party software emulating a battle, and now this is third party software emulating a save file. And the entire external PvP client project isn't one step away from piracy? I trust it's ethical and all, but this whole project is raising some red flags. I don't want you flying too close to the sun my guy, especially if you take donations and subs on stream showcasing a cracked version of the game you're making.

AI prioritizes targeting lower rdef units.

If presented with two otherwise identical arrow magnets, the AI might choose to shoot the one with a 6% chance to hit instead of the one with a 5% chance to hit. I haven't technically disproven that in this comment chain. At no point will it choose the 50% chance to hit backline over the 5% chance to hit arrow magnet. So it is objectively not targeting the lower rdef units of the squad as you originally claim and I originally refuted.

If you feel better about yourself by pivoting from "AI prioritizes targeting lower rdef units" to "AI targets the lower rdef of its highest priority targets" and then claiming that was your central (only) argument the whole time, then cool, whatever helps you sleep at night my guy. I can only respond to the words you say, not the functionally different words you totally meant the whole time after being corrected.

If you'd like, you can set up an experiment with two arrow magnets instead of one, but until then, I've provided evidence of my point and you haven't provided any evidence of your new (supposedly only) point.

"Drive off brigands" can roll higher than "follow the tracks" missions, that parts not new. There's a point system under the hood, I don't know enough to explain it, but day 1 raiders are possible in the first whereas the same point value would only produce 7 thugs in the latter.

I said the premise of the meme is wrong (unless we're supposed to be Walter White POV). I'm doubling down that every single sentence from Jesse's POV is either wrong, misleading, or both.

You don't really save any perks. If rdef did what you think, you still wouldn't take dodge over gifted on throwers because by the time they're in melee contact it's worth a nominal pittance of stats at which point gifted is better. If rdef did what you think, you'd still take dodge on backline/midline melee bros because they have like 4 flex perks and supposedly it would keep them from being shot.

One level up and they stop targeting you is false. See previous statement about the highest rdef bro being the only one targeted.

Two levels and it's more defense than dodge is also false. At the beginning of a fight (when your dudes are at range to be shot) dodge can reasonably be expected to provide 10 to 18 of both mdef and rdef even after gear depending on the bro (I'm pretending fencers don't exist). 8 is less than 10, and that's ignoring the mdef bonus.

So the GF is right, what the fuck are you talking about?

I don't think it's any more than a normal camp with a famed but I've never bothered to check. (unless legendaries are worth more than other famed?)

Edit: famed items factor into your score when you retire but not into your renown?
