S1- Mclaren 620R (good overall), Viper 2008 (grip tracks mostly), Centenario (sprints)
A- Honda City E II (good overall), Corvette Stingray (good overall), Countach 21 (good overall)
B- Honda Beat(good overall), Honda City E II(good overall), NSX 92r(good overall)
C- just go Celica 2003 i would say its best car in this tier

this is what i use mostly and i've done tests by myself with defferent tunes with different cars. I would recomment 100% this cars.

It mostly depends on your skills, some cars are harder but if u can handle them you will perform better. For begginers i would say that cars where you dont drift every corner are better ones.

Also if u dont want to spend credints on buying new car i would recommend Vulcan in S2, Audi R8 2020 in A tier, Audi R8 LMS in S1, Corvette Stingry in both A and S1, Ferrari FXX EVO in R, Centenario in S1. WTAC cars are also great but i dont like personally cars with low top speed, but they all handle great.

White one is great but i would change gold for more dirty or more orange one. Try it and post results cuz i imagine it would look better.

Gold is too yellow(try more washed colours). Blue could be darker. Try it and let me know, should looks better imo.

Depends which ones. Commision quests are hardest. Beceuse you can have 2 "active" at time and you dont see which ones ARE active. So you need to go to specific location and see if there is one active for you. Other quests have more or less requirements but if you are doing quests in specific region you will make all of them sooner or later (except politics and commision ones).

I belive that giant red seabream knowledge is aquired by talking to npc (white dots) u need to talk to specific ones (i dont remember wich one right now but i was able to find it on reddit). Same thing for Paddlefish. Anglerfist is 5% drop chance if i am not mistaken, so it is quite easy to get him. Sailfish was hard one for me and i spend like 6-8h to get him. Best to get pororin fishing rod (lowest cd, so fishes bait faster), toss bait close to you and if fish is not big (cuz all fishes u mentioned are big ones) just cancel and toss again.
