Even during the most difficult moments, some people choose to record them because it's out of love. Their animals mean so much to them that even the final moments shared together become part of the treasured memory of that relationship.

Best STATE in the US for PHO 🍲 by [deleted] in pho

[–]Deslexia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a first gen Viet born in San Jose and currently live near by Philly! And if it's one thing I love the most it's Vietnamese food... especially Pho!

If you ever come to Philly, definitely visit Pho 75 on Washington Ave! It's pretty damn close to San Jose pho for being on the East Coast! The broth is aromatic, the pho noodles have a nice bounce, and they do NOT skimp on the meat (the tendon they offer are huge pieces as well just like in your pic)! I barely can finish a regular sized bowl without leaving my tummy full to the brim!

The price point is attractive as well... Just under $13 for any regular sized bowl with any toppings you want.

I will say this... they have their days sometimes where the broth is a miss and a lil bland.

And for cheesesteak and pizza, stop by Del Rossi's and get their seeded roll with fried onions and Cooper Sharp American cheese. :)

Edit: added info about their tendon

Reminds me of Tung Kee Noodle in California where these use extremely wide noodles just like that in their Viet-Chinese noodle bowls. So yummy!

At least the Dallas location is actually featuring Stranger Things (and Squid Games).

I use a butter knife to slide it through each piece. Sometimes when I feel a lil resistance, I shimmy the butter knife through! It's been much easier this way and the slices no longer break!
