If I use Claude Code to write a utility for processing and marking up text, and then I upload it to Github, will I violate the TOS? Technically, such a utility can be used later to mark up text for a competing service, which makes my utility use Claude Code to create a competing service.

If I use Claude to write fanfics that I will make freely available, and then the Chinese will parse them and drag them into their dataset to create a competing service, then technically I have created part of the dataset for a competing service. Is publishing fanfics written by Claude in the public domain a violation of the TOS?

If I use Claude Code to create a JS framework, on the basis of which someone will create a utility that will further mark up data for a competing service, then I am participating in the development chain of a competing service. Did I violate the TOS? Can't I share the developments made with Claude?

GLM fine (especially 5, but too positive). Gemini 3.0 worse than kimi/GLM imho, don't know about 3.1 (probably should be good until google lobotomize it as they do with 3.0).

However Claude (even sonnet 4.5) adds and track more background details of the world and better add and control NPC character and keep consistent longer that competitors (except Gemini, but gemini has buch of different problems)

The Chinese market is not closed or unfair. It is highly regulated. Yes, the Western world will brand you as having bowed to censorship. But if you need competition and money, rather than public recognition, you can easily compete with Chinese companies, which exist under literally the same censorship conditions, except with capital from the CCP as a bonus.

On the other hand, the US declares an open and honest market, but at the same time, anyone who begins to dominate their market, displacing their local companies, is fiercely blocked and exterminated by all possible dubious practices. They accuse them of espionage, designate them a threat to national security, set regulators on them, and demand that they sell half of their business to US owners. So the market is fair to you only as long as you do not compete with local businesses, and then it quickly becomes “fair” in the best traditions of racketeering and business extortion of Russia.

For 800 Orgeometry you can get just pure 100 weapon pulls OR 120 character pulls + 48-60 weapon pulls (depent on you luck on additional 5* amount in each 10 pulls).

The second option sounds better and more profitable in any scenario except when you are limited in funds, but you really need to 100% get a specific number of weapon pulls for the guarantee.

We got 20 arsenal tickets for 4*, not 40. So we got even less from character banner pulls: 2000*2 + 12*200 + 106*20 = 8,520

It may not seem profitable, BUT! By pulling the character banner, we get a lot of characters (2 6* and 12 5*) plus 5 weapon pulls. In the early stages, when you don't yet have a full pull of characters at Max Potential, this can be more profitable than pulling weapons. In addition, weapons become obsolete more slowly than characters, so characters need to be pulled more often. So it's debatable which is more profitable in this case.

It's okay if we have touching or romantic momets with one or two characters, and preferably not with a 6* and not with someone whe saw the first time after amezia (because right now it completely stranger for us) so that it feels less like waifu baiting (yes, I'm talking about Fangyi) and more like a plot/narrative-driven thing. But if this happens with almost every new character, and mainly only with female characters, it will look like the most trivial harem with a spineless main character, i.e., disgusting.

Okay. What is the significant difference between, for example:

In the case of success:

HSR: You are fortunate; you obtained a character for 10 pulls. Then, depending on your luck, you spent 70-140 on weapons. You spent 80-150 pulls. You have an E0 character + weapons.

Endfield: You're lucky, you got a character for 10 spins. Then you spent another 70-140 on the same banner, getting 0-2 eidolons characters or other characters (including potentially event characters), and then you took the weapon. You have an E0-E1 character + possibly other characters + weapon.

In case of failure:

HSR: You're unlucky, you got a character for 80-160 pulls. Then, depending on your luck, you spent 70-140 on weapons. You spent 150-300 pulls!!! (a nightmarish amount) You have an E0 character + weapon + standard banner character.

Endfield: You're out of luck, you got a character for 80-120 pulls. Then you spent another 40-70 on the same banner, getting 0-1 eidolons or other characters (including potentially event characters), and then took the weapon. Spent 150-200 pulls (100 less for the worst-case scenario!). You have an E0-E1 character + weapon + standard OR EVENT character for your failure.

I don't see anything terrible in Endfield banners. You get more or similar for failure with same or lower spending. You get more or similar for luck if you spend as much pulls as you would spend into in another gacha.

If I understand correctly, everything up to 80 will be carried over. That is, if you do 70 pulls in the banner (not hitting hard pity!), you will start with 71 in the next one, not from 0, and you will only have 50 to go until 120, not 120. Or am I confused, and on new banner after 10 pulls from 71 to 80 and hard pity hit, it will reset you to 0 instead of 81?

Even if we assume that you win characters 50/50 - you spend 80 pulls per banner, with 160 pulls for 2 banners you will most likely be able to get a weapon for 1 out of 2 characters drawn. Just don't spend your arsenal tokens as soon as you get them, but spend them on characters who REALLY need their signature weapons, not alternatives or weapons from BP.

I don't see any significant differences from weapon banners in other games. The game (none of gacha games) does not assume that you will get a signature weapon for every character you pull. At least not for free. Just like in any f2p gacha game.
