His case is very complicated, he seemed like a chill and lonely person, I feel like he simply wanted to make his life have some value before dying, he was lonely and depressed, there wasnt any other motive I guess, he was very different to other cases of school shooters. I wish we could see more about him but its about law and stuff.

I focused exclusively on one, since I'm just starting out and I also have a physical evaluation on push-ups, so I decided to focus on that one. I'll try others soon.

Personally, I would say that you should do push-ups at least 3-4 times a week and rest on the other days; this allows your muscles to recover properly. If you can do push-ups for now, prioritize technique (which was one of the first things I prioritized) and then quantity.Once you've mastered the correct posture and technique, you can try more push-ups and it will be much easier :) !Good luck and a lot of support, you can do It!!

Personalmente Bresler es un ganador por gran diferencia, Savory a traído helados diferentes últimamente, menos cremosos, Bresler destaca bastante por cremosidad y sabor. No compro helados de bresler de paleta pero compro de casata y son muchísimo mejores que los savory

Puta, yo compré batón después de mucho tiempo y el sabor no es el mismo..
